Sunglass Express hides specific "terms and conditions" for returns & exchanges (15% restocking fee, inconsistent specifications from what is stated online & delivery invoice, etc.). Product description-sizes, colors, etc. not clear/accurate. You MUST see RayBan official website to decipher what product you are purchasing and you will notice that you may only be saving $1.00 if anything at all! Although I followed all requirements, didn't receive requested response confirming my credit was issued. Will never purchase from Sunglass Express again!

While I ordered the Tortoise Frame / Brown Lens, the item delivered was Light Havana / Brown Gradient. I now do not have time to pursue a replacement, as I am imminently travelling, which is why I purchased them in time. While the glasses are great, they are not what I ordered.

I love these glasses! They look just like the photo. They were a little big, but I took them to a Sunglass store and the tightened the hooks behind the ears for free! It also shipped in a very timely manner.
