i bought this from shop eyecare from amazon marketplace, so kudos to them.
they're super cute and they're durable. at first i was a bit apprehensive about ordering a pair of glasses about half off of MSRP and the only thing I had to go by was other purchaser feedback and their own personal statement.
At first I didn't think they complimented my face but my boyfriend said they looked good so i went ahead and put lenses in them. Now that i've been wearing them for a while, I really do like them. The style isn't gaudy like vintage cateyes so you don't look like you're roleplaying 24/7 yet they're unique and stylish. ive had these for about a month now and haven't found a flaw. They are more feminine than the pair I usually wear (thick rimmed rectangular glasses, aka emo glasses?) so there is a little outfit adjusting if you're tomboyish but not radically different.

I had seen one of my favorite fashion bloggers post a few pics of herself in these glasses, and I just had to have them! I ordered the black here on Amazon since they were the only ones available, but the black color ended up being too dark against my super-pale skin, so I sent them back and ordered them from somewhere else in the tortoise/violet color in my prescription.
They have the retro-chic of Ray-Bans, with a feminine update. The lenses are large if you have a more petite face, but they are still flattering and I would imagine that they would suit a variety of face shapes.
Overall, these are *such* fun glasses! When I first tried them on to show my husband, he said that they had a "sexy hipster-librarian" vibe to them. How much better does it get than that?!

I get so many compliments. They're PERFECT. Everyone who's tried them on love them- I swear they look good on every face shape.
